Some of our products are based on a Subscription Model where repeat payments are taken on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis depending on the product you have chosen. It will be clearly stated in each product at the point of sale, whether this is a subscription product and if it is, what the price and frequency of the subscription is. After the sale an email will be sent to you with the receipt of your subscription. You can cancel or suspend this Subscription from within the My Account page, (unless this product was purchased through a bundle, in which case you will have received a voucher code for redemption on our site (indicating a £0 spend on the product in question), and in which case you will receive an email with a cancellation link to cancel the subscription). You may cancel the subscription at any time and with no cancellation fees. None of our subscription products carries a minimum subscription term. Within 30 minutes of the cancellation of the subscription access to the product in your account will be restricted or deleted and you will no longer have access to the product – no refunds will be given for future time that may have been paid for, for example, if the product is purchased on day one with a monthly subscription set every 28 days and the subscription is cancelled on day 14 of the first month, access will be restricted within 30 minutes on day 14 and no refund will be given for the remaining 14 days up to the next billing date on day 28. If you lose the email with your cancellation link please contact our support team using the contact-us form and we will resupply it to you.

In the event you may wish to cancel your course which you have paid for as a one time payment, and have not yet accessed, a full refund will be issued up to 14 days.
